In spring of 2004, Grovert Chevrolet opened their new 28,900 s.f. building for new and used cars, which was designed by Brost Architects and Planners. The design incorporates insulated precast wall panels furred out on the inside with sheet rock to provide the building with both a sturdy and energy efficient skin. With the use of precast wall panels, the building was able to be constructed in a relatively short and efficient manner.  The sleek rectilinear forms of the building along with the use of blue accents, creates a space that is professional and welcoming to customers, without distracting too much from the vehicles on display.
