ILocated just outside of Cedar Rapids, in Hiawatha, sits the Longfellow
Square Business Center. Located near Interstate 380 and within walking
distance of banks, restaurants, a convenience store, and the Cedar
Valley Nature Trail, this development does a wonderful job of balancing
needs of commuters with a more walkable neighborhood development.
The development
spans approximately 30 acres and is home to tenants that vary from
restaurants to insurance and mutual companies. All properties on the
site are built-to-suit and have restrictive covenants that ensure
quality construction and landscaping. Not only was the development
planned by Brost Architects and Planner, but many of the buildings in
