The fast food industry is an industry of constant change that always
struggles to bring in a larger market share.
At Brost Architects and Planners, we have a long standing relationship
with area Taco Bell franchisee, John Sapp, and have developed
restaurants of varying sizes throughout Eastern Iowa.
For the Cedar Rapids Southwest side project, a larger restaurant with
expanded seating areas was chosen to better serve the lWestdale mall
area and surrounding shopping traffic.
