BLAIRS FERRY PLAZA Cedar Rapids, Iowa

For this project, the client wanted to create an upscale look on a reasonable budget, which we accomplished through the use of a masonry veneer façade, cast stone arches and column bases with EIFS details.
The building also incorporates a covered arcade area that shields shoppers from the elements as they move between shops and also provides shading to the aluminum storefront windows during the summer months.

Our initial scope of work for this project included only the shell, though afterwards we were called upon to do tenant build outs, as well.
