With the opening of the Longfellow Square Shopping Center, the
Longfellow Square commercial and retail development received a key new
neighbor.
The development, near Interstate 380 at the corner of Boyson and Center
Point Roads, has easy access to the interstate and is within walking
distance of the Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Already containing several
office buildings, a credit union, and a Culvers restaurant, the addition
of leasable retail space made the development a more self-contained
walkable neighborhood.
Since their opening, the facility has added a dental office, a coffee
shop, and restaurants to the mix, providing a variety of services within
walking distance for local office workers.
