The St. Martin Airport Plaza development is starting construction of their first building, a mixed-use retail building, just under 10,000 square feet.

The building is contemporary in design details and uses a mixture of stone veneer and concrete fiber board panels. The layout of the building is unique in that it is visible from all four sides.

Construction of the building started in June 2013 and is scheduled to be completed in October 2013. The building is located along St. Martin Boulevard SW and is visible from Interstate 380, Wright Brothers Boulevard, and 6th Street SW. This building offers flexible lease spaces with no interior columns, which can be divided as needed to suite each tenant. The lack of interior support columns allows for greater flexibility for tenants.
