The Weitz Company approached Brost Architects & Planners to assist them
in developing their new office in a serene heavily wooded neighborhood.
The building sits into the site and has multiple entrances for different
tenants.
The
facility was designed as a two story building with a walk out lower
level, giving the appearance of being a much smaller building from the
side facing the neighboring property. In order to assist with
neighborhood approval of the design, Brost Architects and Planners
developed a site section that showed that the neighboring property would
be able to see over the Weitz building and out to the woods beyond.
